The whole world starts hidden under blocky fog. Every street you actually walk punches a permanent hole in it, chunk by chunk.
XP, levels & biomes
Every new chunk, place, and biome earns XP and ranks up your explorer level. Seven biomes wait to be discovered, from Plains to Tundra.
Quests & achievements
Milestones for the curious — streaks of new chunks, first check-ins, biomes found. Track them all in your quest log.

Search millions of places, get turn-by-turn directions by car, foot, or transit, save spots to your Chest, and check in when you arrive.
Collect & craft
Resources spawn across biomes. Gather them when you are nearby and craft useful items — a torch, bread, a cartographer's scroll, and more.

As you explore, resources spawn across the biomes around you — oak, wheat, ore, emeralds and more. Get close to gather them, then combine them at the crafting bench into useful gear: a torch to light the dark, bread for the road, a cartographer's scroll, all the way up to a golden compass.

Your map is yours.
Mapcraft has no account and no login. There are no analytics, no trackers, and no ads. Your location is used only while the app is open, only to reveal the map, and it never leaves your device. Everything you uncover, save, and craft is stored on your iPhone alone.
